Because I would like to see on a product the expiration date. All the pruducts don't have it.

Dear customer
You have been a good customer for a long time and the lack of a best-before date has never bothered you. There was actually a good reason for this: the products we sell have a shelf life of AT LEAST 2 years from the date of purchase. If this is not the case, the reduced shelf life is expressly indicated.
Our products are almost exclusively 'chemicals', i.e. they are fairly stable molecules that do not 'just break down' if they do not come into contact with water or are not placed in the sun. Salt or sugar do not just break down like that either...
Just as it is actually pointless to specify expiration dates for sugar or salt (salt sometimes lies in the earth for thousands of years before it is broken down), it is not 'necessary' to specify an expiration date for our products either.
But we are taking your dissatisfaction as an opportunity to change that in the future, even if there is no really important reason for it. If it makes you (and other customers) happier, then we are happy to do it.

Sie sind seit langem eine gute Kundin und bisher hat Sie das Fehlen eines Mindesthaltbarkeitsdatums nie gestört. Dafür gab es auch wirklich einen guten Grund: Die Produkte, die wir verkaufen, sind ab Kaufdatum MINDESTENS 2 Jahre lang haltbar. Falls das einmal nicht der Fall sein sollte, wird auf die reduzierte Haltbarkeit ausdrücklich hingewiesen.
Bei unseren Produkten handelt es sich praktisch ausschließlich um 'Chemikalien', es handelt sich also um ziemlich stabile Moleküle, die nicht 'einfach mal so' zerfallen, wenn sie nicht mit Wasser in Kontakt kommen oder in die Sonne gestellt werden. Auch Salz oder Zucker zerfallen ja nicht einfach so ...
So wie es im Falle von Zucker oder Salz eigentlich unsinnig ist, Verfallsdaten anzugeben (Salz lagert teilweise Jahrtausende in der Erde, bevor es abgebaut wird), ist es auch bei unseren Produkten nicht 'notwendig', ein Verfallsdatum anzugeben.
Wir nehmen aber Ihre Unzufriedenheit zum Anlass, das in Zukunft zu ändern, auch, wenn es dafür keinen wirklich wichtigen Grund gibt. Wenn es Sie (und weitere Kunden) zufriedener macht, dann machen wir das ja gern.
