Withdrawal

These regulations do not apply to you if you have registered as a dealer and order as a dealer!

Consumers can withdraw from contracts concluded via the AFEGA web shop within 14 calendar days without giving reasons. In order to meet the deadline, it is sufficient if the corresponding declaration is sent within the above-mentioned deadline or the goods are returned. The date of the postmark or another whose evidential value is equivalent to proof applies.

When buying goods begins the 14-day period with the receipt of the goods at the customer or on the day on which the customer has the first opportunity to pick up the goods from the carrier (eg post office, parcel service).

Please note that cosmetics and dietary supplements have no legal right of withdrawal if the seal is damaged.​

Costs of withdrawal

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must bear the regular costs of the return.

Withdrawal for customers based in Germany

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who does not have the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must (AFEGA anti-aging shop, Guttenberger Str. 29, 97234 Reichenberg/Germany, E-Mail: sekretariat.afega@gmail.com) by means of a clear statement (eg a letter sent by mail, fax or e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. In order to maintain the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of the revocation for customers based in Germany

If you withdraw from this Agreement, we have to refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you; In no case will you be charged for this repayment fees. We may refuse to repay you until we have the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You have to send back the goods immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract to the following address:AFEGA Fulfillment-Center, Dhrontalstr. 1, 54413 Bescheid/Germany to be returned or handed over. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods, if this loss of value is due to a handling that is not necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts: Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene (see above).
