Ich bin 51 Jahre alt und nehme NMN seit November 2025, also seit etwa sechs Monaten, mit 300 mg täglich.
Direkt am Anfang habe ich nichts Besonderes gemerkt. Nach ungefähr zwei Monaten ist mir aber aufgefallen, dass sich meine Ausdauer verändert hat, und das ist bis heute so geblieben.
Besonders bemerkt habe ich es beim Schwimmen. Früher musste ich beim Kraulen schneller Luft holen und hatte viel eher das Gefühl, dass es anstrengend wird. Irgendwann habe ich gemerkt, dass ich länger und viel lockerer bei gleichem Tempo schwimmen kann.
Noch deutlicher war es für mich beim Wandern. Es gibt bei uns einen Anstieg, der mir seit vielen Jahren immer Mühe gemacht hat. Normalerweise brauchte ich Pausen und musste mich richtig durchkämpfen. Vor einiger Zeit bin ich diesen Weg im Gespräch ganz normal hochgegangen, ohne Pause, und mir wurde erst hinterher klar, wie ungewöhnlich das für mich war.
Auch im Alltag habe ich das Gefühl, dass körperliche Dinge leichter gehen. Tätigkeiten, für die ich mich früher erst überwinden musste, fühlen sich heute viel weniger anstrengend an. Auch abends bin ich viel fitter.
Mein Eindruck ist also nicht ein plötzlicher Effekt, sondern eine langsame, dafür aber deutliche Veränderung bei Ausdauer und körperlicher Belastbarkeit.
